Shipping time for stocked products is 1-5 working days. If the item you have chosen is out of stock, the standard production time is 3-15 working days, but it may differ according to the jewellery you have chosen.
If the item you paid for cannot be produced, your payment will be returned within 3-14 working days.
In personalized productions, no changes, refunds or exchanges can be made after the order is placed.
When receiving the jewellery you have purchased, check it with the cargo officer before accepting. If the package or jewellery is damaged,
do not take delivery of the jewellery and make a report to the courier. Then contact us as soon as possible with sending a copy of the damage report.
The received jewellery is considered to be undamaged and intact.
